Find specific feedback with quick search

You can use the quick search bar to quickly find specific feedback.

Tip: To apply more complex combinations of filters or to save your searches for later, use advanced search.

From the Fast Feedback Dashboard:

  1. Find the search bar, and expand the dropdown next to the search bar.

  2. Choose which type of search you want to carry out:

  3. Search option What it means
    Words

    Find feedback which matches search terms you enter in the search box. Choose how specific the search should be:

    • Select All of these to find feedback which contains all the words you enter, in any order.

    • Select Any of these to find feedback which contains any of the words you enter, in any order.

    • Select Exact phrase to find feedback which contains the exact search phrase entered in the correct order.

    • Select None of these to find feedback which doesn't contain any of the words you searched.

    Date Find feedback from within the date range you select in the To and From fields.
    Sentiment Find feedback with the sentiment score you select.
    Category Find feedback which is relevant to the Category you select; for example, select the category Staff to see feedback related to your staff.
    Insight Find feedback with a specific sentiment towards any category—select a category name and then a sentiment for that category.
    Field Find feedback related to a specific Department head, Agent, NPS, team leader, or other field/choice—choose the field type, then select the value.
    Expectation

    Find feedback that contains any of the following:

    • Business threats

    • Legal threats

    • Suggestions for Improvements

    • Customers that have expressed unmet Needs

    • Customers that have stated that some Action is required

  4. Enter your search term.

  5. Click Apply filter.

Tip: You can apply multiple search filters consecutively, allowing you to build up complex search filters. When you apply a filter, it's added to the menu bar as a breadcrumb—right-click a filter to remove it.
